It is our pleasure to inform you that Mr Nikola Pavlovic will be a speaker on a brand new webinar related to Dispute Avoidance and Resolution. In the first place, the focus of this webinar is the construction contracts signed per FIDIC Conditions of the Contract in the Balkan region.
This is the second joint webinar of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) and International Construction Claim Practitioners (ICCP).
On April 28th, 2021 at 14:00 h (Central European Time) ACES and ICCP will host a webinar called “Dispute Avoidance and Resolution“. In details, the webinar will consist of two case studies.
Webinar Speakers
The first case study, Dispute Avoidance, will be presented by Mr Nikola Pavlovic. Nikola is the Director for marketing, technical preparation and business development, Energoprojekt Visokogradnja plc. Additionally, he is a co-founder of www.construction-claim.com. Also, he is very active in ACES. At the present time, he is a local FIDIC Trainer within ACES, a member of the Managing Board of ACES, a Member of the EFCA Future Leaders Steering Committee, member of the working group for FIDIC translations to the Serbian language etc. Also, he is a member of the working group founding the Serbian Center for Dispute Resolution. In summary, Nikola’s areas of specialization include the negotiation, review, and management of FIDIC Contracts. Also, Nikola is experienced in the preparation and defence of construction claims.
The second case study, Dispute Resolution on Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB), will be presented by Ms Ivana Panic. Ivana is a Partner in Moravčević Vojnović in Cooperation with Schoenherr. Additionally, she is a local FIDIC Trainer within ACES, a member of the Managing Board of ACES and a member of the working group for FIDIC translations to the Serbian language. Also, she is a member of the working group founding the Serbian Center for Dispute Resolution. To summarize, Ivana’s area of specialization includes real estate, construction law with an emphasis on FIDIC Contracts and construction arbitration.
